dc.description.abstract "The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) approach involves faculty undertaking systematic inquiry and experimentation related to student learning in their contexts and sharing their findings with a broader community of educators.Join us as we unveil how the SoTL approach and Community of Practice have been implemented at Champlain St. Lawrence College. We will draw from 8 years of SoTL projects at the college to share key elements of innovative and collaborative research, practical strategies for continuous improvement, and pedagogical development that goes beyond traditional formats. This session highlights the role of collaboration and systematic design in fostering a culture of innovation, in enhancing classroom experiences, in empowering educators, and in driving institutional transformation.
